home is where your rump rests

I was home from Sunday to Friday.
David's Aaronic Priesthood Ordination
<insert picture>
David is now a Deacon and got to pass the sacrament for the first time. It was so cool to be there for that.
Ari joined us all day.
Kathy cut my hair. :)
Mom and I went thrift store shopping. Remember how I don't like shopping?  Well, shopping with my mother is the exception.  My mom loves thrift store shopping, and I love going with her.

Project of the week= I have a lot of programs from things that I went to or have been in.  I don't have everything, but I have a lot.  Now they are all in books with pockets that I put together and I wrote something that I remember about each event.  If I ever come across pictures, they can go in the pockets.

I shadowed the speech pathologist, Pepper, at the elementary school for a few hours. I like it :)
Cousin Alyssa came to spend a few days!
"What would you tell someone to do if they'd never been to Vegas?"
---so that's what we did on Wednesday night.

Op! I see knees!!!!!!
"They don't come like that any more."

Merry-go-round

Belagio Atrium

Peeing painting. Alyssa and Mom.

The LARGEST chocolate fountain in the world
also- right next to really good Gellato.

Belagio fountains which DO NOT play past midnight.

THURSDAY-
Mom got a new camera. She is quite excited about it.  Blogger does not do them justice...especially because they take forever to upload.  :| hmm.

We went to the Las Vegas Temple.  David got to go in for the first time.

We ate dinner on the way home- which means, we passed around home-made chicken salad crepes on our way to MELISSA'S BAPTISM!
Melissa and Dad
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the event....
This girl is engaged.  Say WHAT?  4 cousins...and counting?
Nellie and me
Uncle Keith
After the Baptism we came home and played Apples to Apples- not just any version, the DISNEY Apples to Apples.  Did you know there was such a thing?  Ah, well, there IS and it rocks.

love!

On Friday Alyssa taught me how to drive Standard.  We went thrift store shopping :) and found the lovely company of Ari and Maren.  We are really cool, just sayin'.

Alyssa went back to Utah.  We left for my flight.

Missed the flight.  Spent some borrowed time watching MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PATROL with my family and flew out at 2am.
goodbye for now <3
