It is a magical event where all the food trucks on the island congregate in one place. (well, except for the 3 we saw on the way there. apparently they didn't get the memo.)
Mililani.
Across the street from Costco- where I would have loved to get more flour, except Costco is sneaky and closes early on Saturdays. No flour. Oh well.
Back to Eat the Street. It was a girls' night. No, the food was not any cheaper than usual- in fact I'm pretty sure that Malasadas are usually 80cents, not $1.
But you could have Indian food, Mexican food, Soul Islander food (your guess is as good as mine) Malasada Burgers, Tri-tip, Creps, AND fried oreos....all at the same place.
SO MUCH FOOD! Good food. There is something about food trucks that makes them just....awesome.
Definitely ate too much.
Lots of noise.
Lots of music- courtesy of a local band/the hosting radio station.
Lots of little kids. (I just finished the Child Development chapter in my Psych class, kids are so cool.)
Long lines.
Beautiful company. New girls, old girls, revisited girls. Love it.
