I'm not lucky I'm blessed

CANVAS (the online education website for which I work) has had a plethora of issues for the past few days.
First- about 10 of the lecture videos for my class were broken.   Yeah I counted.  I also know that it took me 13 total hours to fix them.  (I have to know that so I get paid)  Most of that was spent searching old classes for functional videos, downloading them, and the realizing that these were broken too.  On average, it takes 25 minutes (here in Cambodia) to download a video, broken or not.  It takes 45 minutes to upload a working video.
Second- CANVAS crashed and no video functions worked for almost 3 days.  Nobody really noticed the first because it was Sunday for them, but we were trying to work on this side of the world.
Third- we've got mid-terms.

These problems started the day after McKae went home.  I'm not lonely as long as I have work to do.  I've had a lot.  Besides, there are about 150 online students and there is always at least 3 who have some life-or-death class issues.

I'm so glad I made the decision to keep working while I am here.  I can't imagine what I'd do otherwise.

this is the office right after I was very first hired.  my, we've grown.

Also- I've trained the bread man to stop when he bikes by the house every day during my class. Baguette bread my friends.  Baguette bread.
